ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on- to be heard upon the interim report of the
Receiver dated November 3, 1980, and the motion therein contained, all re-
lating to the power of the Receiver to sell and pledge certain mortgages in
his name, as Trustee, and the Court having considered the same, and all
counsel for the parties being present (with the exception of Raymond Ford,
counsel for Messrs. Kreis and Loveday, and they being present in person) ,
and the Court having heard no objection; it is, therefore
ORDERED that the report of the Receiver be and the same is hereby
approved; and it is further
ORDERED that the Receiver be and he is hereby authorized to con-
tinue to advertise and dispose of an additional $50,000.00 of these mortgages
under the same terms and conditions as the order previously entered herein.
