ORDER TAXING COSTS AND ATTORNEY'S'FEES
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 12th day of September,
1980, upon the notion to Tax Costs, including Attorney's Fees,
and the Motion for Interest filed on behalf of the Defendant,
JACK L. COPENHAVER, and the Court having heard testimony at
that time and additional testimony being presented by deposition
and arguments having been made by written memorandums, and the
Court finding that there is testimony indicating a reasonable
fee could range anywhere from $8,400.00 to $12,500.00, and the
DOT through their attorney having taken a position that a
reasonable fee would be $8,400.00 in this case involving a
piece of property with a house and the case having been hotly
contested and having involved a great deal of effort and time
by both parites, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the following costs be taxed against the Plaintiff,
as to Parcel No. 141:
(a) To HELLSTROM AND ASSOCIATES
(b) To JAMES A. KIRBY III
(c) To JOHN S. TIERNEY, JR.
(d) To STANLEY E. DUNN
(e) To BRENNAN, McALILEY, HAYSKAR,
