COPENHAVER, landowner of _~ Parcel No. 141, be and the same is hereby awarded in the amount of $8,400.00. 3. That a reasonable attorney's fee for the expert testimony of Michael Jeffries, be and the same is hereby awarded in the amount of $150.00. 4. That the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, be and it is hereby ordered to pay the total sum of $14,215.87, for attorney's fees and costs awarded, and expert witness fee.
