ORDER FOR INTEREST ON ADDITIONAL AWARD
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 12th day of September,
1980, upon the Motion for Interest on Additional Award, filed
on behalf of the Defendant, and the Court having heard the
evidence presented and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF
ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
be and is hereby ordered to pay the sum of $ r ~ / /~ /

as interest at the rate of ~ ~ percent on the additional
award of $5,902.00 to the Defendant, JACK L. COPENHAVER. Said
sum shall be deposited in the Registry of the Court and the
Clerk of said Court shall disburse the funds to said Defendant.
