IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by_and between undersigned
counsel for the respective parties that this cause, having been
amicably settled, may be dismissed with prejudice to the Plain-
tiff. The parties will. bear their own costs.
IT IS FURTHER stipulated and agreed that the Plaintiff
and her attorneys shall satisfy any outstanding subrogated inter-
ests or liens with respect to the settlement proceeds and will
protect and hold harmless the Defendants and their attorneys rel-
ative to same.
