accident report, but rather, that the vehicle was owned by RONALD NEMANICH, and
? the attorney for the plaintiff having made an ore tenus motion to continue the

'~ cause and the Court after having been fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the case be continued and is rescheduled until
~~-Mzrcb 16, 1481, ~~ and the Pre-Trial Conference in connection with this
matter is also continued and will be re-scheduled by the Court before the
trial.
