KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Charles T, RichdrdS and
Leona B. Richards, his wife
dated December 22, 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 300 on page
2189 , securinn the payment of the sum of -------Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred and No/100----
------------------------------------------------------------ Dollars (S 16,500.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circus Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
