hereby releases ~Ntl(~16~(Obligors) from further obligations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chane~e or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which-are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s). "
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s)~under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory-and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association -~, •-.
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged ~;`
property to the Owner(s). ~ -~?~
