is not now, nor has it ever been Grantor's homestead, and that it is not
sub3ect to Florida Homestead laWS. -
and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful daims of all persons whomsoever,
except taxes for year 1980 and wbsequent, and restrictions, reservations, limitations, covenanu, and easements of record, if any.
