LICENSE AGREEMENT
THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, made this ~_ day of
November, 1980, is by and between the NORTH ST. LUCIE RIVER
WATER CONTROL DISTRICT, formerly known as North St. Lucie
River Drainage District, a quasi-public corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (herein-
after referred to as the "District"), and SAINT LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, a body corporate and a political subdivision of the
State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "County").
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the District owns in fee or as right of way
the following described real property situate and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The East 85 feet of Section 6, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, lying and being North of Angle Road
and South of Avenue "Q";
WHEREAS, the County has requested a grant of license
for use of a portion of said property owned by the District
in order to expand. the existing right of way for North 41st
Street between Angle Road and Avenue "Q" for purposes of
paving; and
WHEREAS, the District is willing to grant such license;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
paid by the County to the District, and further in considera-
tion of the premises above set forth, the parties agree as
follows
1. The District hereby grants to the County a license
to occupy and use for road right of way purposes the following
described real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and owned by the District either in fee or as right of way,
to wit:
The East 10-feet of the East 85 feet of Section 6,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying and being
North of Angle Road and South of Avenue "Q".
