This license shall be perpetual or for the period of legal existence of the District as established by decree of the Circuit Court incorporating the District, whichever be less. 3. The County acknowledges to the District that there presently exist certain utility poles upon the lands subject to this license and that this grant of license is subject to the rights, if any, of the utilities company or companies who have installed such poles.
