KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FLORIDA HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, A Corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by

the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,

rida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being
in St. Lucie County, State of Florida to wit: .
The North half of Lots 1 and 2, Block "I", HARNDNY I~IGB*i'S ADDITION, according to-the plat there-
of as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 38, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and for
any cause whatsoever.
