the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert E. Baird, a single

dated October 2nd 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. gook 295 on page
2009 ,securing the payment of the sum of Thirty TWO Thousand and no/10A-----------------

covering property in the County of St . Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
