FINAL RELEASE OF LIEN
The undersigned, Ben Wood Construction. Inc. for and
in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration to the undersigned in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby waive,
release, remise and relinquish the undersigned's right to claim,
demand or impose a lien or liens for work done or materials
furnished or any other kind or class of lien whatsoever on
the following described real property (or job) in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
