Cer tarn promissory note dated the date hereof (the Notel, thelr hers, legal representatives or assigns shall pay to Mortgagee
the pnnupal sum of $ 2.549.14 as evdenced by the Note, with interest and upon the termsasprovded therein, the final
maturity date of the Note and of this Mortgage being ~8~8X 1"IaY 28 , 19 82 ,which Note provides that
- all installments of principal and interest are payable at the office of Mortgagee, or at wch other place as the holder may des+gnate in
wr+t+ng, and that each maker and endorser agree to pay all costs of collection, includ+ng a reasonable at[orney's fee, upon default in the
payment of the Note, and that i( default be made in the payment of any installment thereurxler and that +f wch default is not made
good in accordance with the terms of the Note, that the entire principal win aid accrued, earrxd +nterest shall become due and payable
without notice at the option of the holder thereof; and shall perform and comply with each and every st+pulation, agreement and cov-
enant of the Note and of this Mortgage, then this Mortgage and the estate hereby created shalt be vod, otherwise the same shall remain
+n full force. Maker covenants to pay the interest and principal promptly when due. Mortgagor covenants to pay the taxes and assess-
ments on sad property: to carry insurance against f+re on the build+ng on said land fnr not less than S Il~a ,approved
by the Mortgagee, w+th standard mortgage loss clause payable to Mortgagee, the pol+cy to be hekl by the Mortgagee arxs to keep the
bu+lding on sad land in propM repair.
Th+s Mortgage shall secure not only existing indebtedness, but also wch future advances, whether such advances are oblgatory or
to be made at the option of Mortgagee, or otherwise, as are made within twenty 1201 years from the date hereol, to the same extent as
rf wch future advances were made on the date of the execution of this Mortgage, but such secured indebtedness shall not exceed at any
time the maximum principal amount of $ _ n~a plus interest, and any disbursements made for the payment
of taxes, levies, or inwrance, on the Mortgaged Property, with interest on wch disbursements. Any wch future advances, whether
oblgatory or to be made at the option of the Mortgagee, or otherw+se, may be made either prior to or after the due date of the Note or
any other notes secured by this Mortgage. This Mortgage +s g+ven for the specit+c purpose of securing any and all indebtedness by the
Maker to Mortgagee (but in no event shall the secured indebtedness exceed at any time the maximum prmupal amount set forth m this
paragraph) in whatever manner this irxlebtedness may be ev+denced or represented, urt+l this Mortgage is satisfied of record. All cove-
nants and agreements contained rn this Mortgage shall be appl+cable to all further advances made by Mortgagee to Maker under this
future advance clause.
Should any of the above covenants be broken then the Note and ail mon?ys securers hereby shall, without demarxs, it the
Mortgagee, so elect, at once become due and payable and th+s mortgage may be foreclosed, and all costs anct expenses of collection and
reasonable attorneys' fees, including costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys' tees on appeal, rt collected by legal proceedings or
through an attorney at law, shail be pad by the Maker, and the same are hereby secured.
