NICKOLAS KARAS, deceased -
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
Dorothy McCue f/k/a Dorothy Karas who upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That Dorothy Karas is the unremarried surviving spouse
of Nickolas Karas who departed this life on January 30, 1960
2. That Dorothy Karas and the said
Nickolas Karas
were the grantees in the certain warranty deed of conveyance to William
Knox and Fern Knox his wife, filed on April 28, 1958
and recorded in Deed Book 237, page 335 in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, She was harried
to the said Nickolas Karas and that said marital relationship con-
tinued without interruption u-:ril the death of the said Nickolas Kdrds
Further affiant sayeth not.
