BEFORE ME the undersigned authority appeared, Richard
Vincent D'Andrea, who after being duly cautioned and sworn
deposes and says:
1. I am the husband of Noi13.y D'Andrea and the father
of our son, Rick, who is two and a half years old.
2. We live together in the home which we own at 210
Garden Avenue, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. This is our sole residence.
4. The legal description of this property is lot 6 of
Block 1 of Southern View Subdivision, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9 page
45, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. I hereby declare that this property is exempt as a
homestead from forced sale under any process of law.
