ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the stipulated
motion of the parties of this cause to dismiss this case with
prejudice, said Stipulation having been signed by all parties
or representatives of parties, and the Court being advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:
1. That this action is dismissed with prejudice on
the grounds that the parties hereto have settled this cause.
2. That. the dismissal of this action shall also
include the dismissal of all claims in Circuit Court Case No.
76-1066 CA which had previously been consolidated into this cause.
3. That by Order of this Court dated July 28, 1980,
the sum of $2,588.46 was deposited into the Registry of this
Court. This Court directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida to disburse the sums in the Registry
of the Court to the attorneys' for the Plaintiff, Watterson &
Dickenson, P.A., Suite 810, 105 South Narcissus Avenue, West Palm
