KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned attorneys
for the Plaintiff, PAUL H. DESBOROUGH, do hereby acknowledge full
payment and satisfaction of the Final Judgment entered in this case
on November 7, 1980, which judgment was in the amount of Twenty-Two
Thousand Seven Hundred Ten and 08/100 ($22,710.08), plus One
Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars and 57/100 ($1,323.57).
Said Final Judgment was recorded in O.R. Book 342, Page 2351, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing
