HomeMy WebLinkAbout0375 The Court having heard the argument of counsel and the objection made during the video tape deposition, it be otherwise fully advised it is, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: As to the objection on page 34, on line 6 the Court takes that objection under advisement. The objection raised on page 44, on line 17 Court reserves ruling and takes on your advisement. The defendant's objections on page 54, line 10 is with- drawed. s (4) EXPERT WITNESSES May be called out of turn by either party. (5) WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Conference and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify, except the parties themselves and impeachment witnesses. Either party may call any witness listed by any other party. Either party amended an added additional witnesses and discovery up to 5 days before the trial. (6) PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES. Plaintiff shall have 6 peremptory challenges. Each defendant, BRUNO F. CASSENS and RUTH STEEL CASSENS shall have 3 peremptory challenges. (7) JURY INSTRUCTIONS. Proposed jury instruction, on a separ- ate sheet for each charge, shall be submitted to the Court at the beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional jury instructions shall be submitted no later than at the conclusion of the testimony. (8) EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE. Outside the hearing of the jury in a manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431(e).
