1980, on the Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Discovery by the
Deposition of the Defendant, RICKY LEE COBB and the Plaintiff,
HELEN M. PACK, being represented by J. Michael Brennan and the
Defendant, RICKY LEE COBB, being represented by Norman L.
Paxton, Jr., and the Defendant, FLORIDA INSURANCE GUARANTY
ASSOCIATION successors to AMERICAN RESERVE, being represented
by James T. Walker, and the Court having been otherwise fully
advised, it is:

9:00 a.m., at the office of Florida Court Reporters who's
address is 201 S. Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, unless
said RICKY LEE COBB is incarcerated in the St. Lucie County
Jail, in that event his deposition shall be taken in the St.
Lucie County Jail at the date and time aforesaid.
