said Motion and that it is hereby denied, and further it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion To Dismiss filed
by the Defendant BONNIE GRZESKOWIAK and Defendant CLARENCE
GRZESKOWIAK be and the same is hereby DENIED and the Defendants
shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Order within which
to file an answer.
