Lot 47, less the North 210 feet thereof of
the Subdivision of WHITE CITY, in Section 3,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as per plat
of said subdivision on file in Plat Book 1,
Page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The unpaid balance of the Mortgage is approximately
$80,000.00. The monthly payment due under the Mortgage by
the Garnishee to the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, is $896.31,
and is payable on the 9th day of each month. At the hearing
held herein on the Motion for Final Judgment of Garnishment
and Motion to ~ax Costs the Court was advised that the claim
against the Defendant, MARY ANN SKAGGS, has been settled and
this Final Judgment does not pertain to any amounts due and
owing by the Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., to
MARY ANN SKAGGS. Additionally, it was brought to the
Court's attention that a Final Judgment was previously entered
against the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, in Case No. 79-470-CA, which
was brought in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, In and For St. Lucie County, Florida. In that.Judg-
ment, BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE, was awarded a Judgment in the total
amount of $9,500.00 against the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, and
said Judgment provides that the amount of the Judgment shall
constitute a lien against the payments due to M. B. SKAGGS
under that certain Note and Mortgage referred to above in this
Judgment and furthermore, provided that M. B. SKAGGS shall pay
BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE, one-half (1/2) of the monthly mortgage
payment which he receives from the Garnishee herein, BARRIE
REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., under that certain Note and Mortgage
described above. After being served with the Writ of Garnish-
ment on November S, 1980, the Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S AUTO
PLAZA, INC.,-deposited the sum of $849.31 with the Clerk of the
Court. This is the monthly mortgage payment which would have
been due to the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, on November 9, 1980.
