to METROPOLITAN MORGAGE COMPANY recorded May 14, 1980 in OR Book 331,

in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale
of said property under the direction of said Court, in default of the
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff(s) under said
mortgage; and for other and further relief.
