Subject to that certain Purchase Money Second Mortgage executed by John P.
svec and Gail P.Svec,his wife in favor of Richard L. Denny and Martha E.
penny,his wife dated February 1,1979 and recorded in O.R.Book 302 at
Page 2171,Public Records of St. Lucie County,Florida in the original
principal amount of $45,000.00.
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to sold land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
