ORDER AMENDING FINAL JUDGMEIJT
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Defendants,
A.D. MALFREGEOT, F~aergency Hearing on Motion To Enlarge Time
to submit the 1980 Assessment Rolls to the Executive Director
of the DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE for review, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and having been advised in the
premises thereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Property Appraiser
for Martin County is hereby granted an enlargement of time
from the original date of December 1, 1980, as originally
_ set forth in the Order of this Court dated the 14th day of
August, 1980, being contained in Paragraph 13 thereof. The
Property Appraiser is hereby granted until December 10, 1980,
time within which to submit the 1980 Assessment Rolls to
the Executive Director of the DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE for review.
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all of the terms
and conditions of the Order of August 14, 1980, and the Order
Amending Final Judgment entered by this Court on September
3, 1980, hereby remain in full force and effect.
