Plaintiff for the above-described parcel of land is as follows:
For Parcel No. 131, described above, owned by JAMES
H. DAVID and LUCILLE M. DAVIS, his wife; Subject to the interest,
if any, of: That certain indenture of mortgage given by JAMES
H. DAVIS and LUCILLE M. DAVIS, his wife, to JOE OLIN JOHNSON
and CANADA JOHNSON, his wife, and recorded in O.R. Book 120,
at page 577, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
we find that the compensation to be made therefor is the sum of:
(a) Value of land-taken (including
all improvements taken):
(b) Severance damages:
(Write "None" if applicable):
(c) TOTAL AWARD (Sum of a and b):
