has failed to pay the child support, even though gainfully emi~loyed, as required
by the Final Judgment of this Court entered on the ?_flth day of September, 1979, and
is, as of this November 14, 1980, in arrears $862.00 ~~lus Court Cost of $13.00. It
is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge hit~~self of phis contempt by hereafter paying the $875.00 arrears
at the rate of j25.0.i per week, each and every week coms.,ectci.ng Nuveu~ber 2i, 1980.
These payments to be in addition to the regular $50.00 per w*eek sup?crt payments ora-
vided for above, making a total payment of $75.0 per week, plus the Statutory Clerk's
fee of $2.fl0. Dayments to be made in cash, cashier's check or money order to the Clerk
of Circuit Court. If Respondent ALFRED K. JENKINS does not purge himself of his con-
tempt as provided above, he shall be required upon .,mitten affidavit of the Petitioner
to show cause whey he should not be sentenced to a term in the St. Lucie County Jail.
