A G R E E i4 E N T
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this / day of
~~~'~iky~/L- , 1980, by and between ATLANTIS CONDO-
MINIU~i BUILDING "A" ASSOCIATION, a noh-profit corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of
the first part, ATLANTIS CONDOMINIUM BUILDING "B" ASSOCIA-
TION, a non-profit corporation existing under the laws of
the State of Florida, party of the second part, and WILLIAM
J. BOSSO and party of the third part.
WHEREAS, party of the first part, is a condominium
association consisting of 67 condominium apartment units,
located on a parcel of land more particularly described in
Official Records Book 280 at Page 115, St. Lucie County,
Florida, Public Records, and
WHEREAS, party of the second part, is a condominium
association consisting of 67 condominium apartment units,
located on a parcel of land more particularly described in
Official Records Book 291, at Page 2127, St. Lucie County,
Florida, Public Records, and
WHEREAS, the parties of the third part, are the owners
of a parcel of land more particularly described in Official
Records Book 305, at Page 156, St. Lucie County, Florida,
Public Records, and
WHEREAS, the parties of the third part were the developers
of ATLANTIS COiDOMINIUM BUILDINGS "A" AND "B", hereinabove
referred to, which buidings have been completed and occupied,
and
V7HEREAS, the Declarations of Condominium provide inter

alia for the developers to furnish certain recreational
facilities which have now been fully completed and also to
bring the sewerage treatment plant up to applicable standards,
