agreement which shall be placed on record, regarding the
maintenance and use of said recreational facilities and
sewerage treatment plant.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS hereby agreed by the parties as
follows:
1. The parties hereto agree that this instrument may
be placed on record in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and that any subsequent purchasers of the
parcel of land as more particularly described in Official
Records Book 305, at Page 156, St. Lucie County, Florida,
Public Records, shall purchase said property subject to the
terms and conditions of this agreement as hereinafter set
forth.
2. Any subsequent development by the parties of the
third part, their successors or assigns, of the parcel of
land lying directly to the South of ATLANTIS "B". There
shall be a maximum of 68 units and the party of the third
part agrees that on any said construction there shall be a
separate construction entrance which shall not utilize the
common entrance to ATLANTIS BUILDINGS "A" and "B", nor the
parking lot of the said two condominiums. The party of the
third part further agrees that no interval ownership shall
be permitted in regard the development of said parcel.
3. The party of the third part agrees to pay the ~ :•t;~

applicable governmental authorities and shall fully reim-

date of this agreement for the maintenance of said plant.
