It is additionally agreed and understood by the parties that each of the parties hereto or their grantees shall have any and all necessary easements over the parking lot entrances, parking areas, walkways, and recreational facilities, so that each may have the use and enjoyment of said .parking areas and recreational facilities in common, subject to the provision for a separate construction en- trance and no construction traffic over the existing parking facility. 10. The parties of the third part agree to pay to the parties of the first and second part the sum of $2,500.00 for landscaping the common areas of Buildings "A" and "B". 11. The parties of the third part agree that any sale of the parcel of land hereinbefore referred to, owned by the parties of the third part shall be sold subject to the terms of this Agreement. 12. The parties of the first and second part agree to dismiss with prejudice the case styled The Atlantis Building "A" Condominium Association, Inc., et al vs. William J. Bosso, et al, Case No. 79-438 CA and cancel the lis pendens attached thereto.
