LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The South ~ of the Southwest ~ of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 39 East,
less the East 90 feet and less the Mest 48 feet thereof, and less the following
described parcel of land: Beginning at the intersection of the Mest right-of-
way line of Fort Pierce Fars Drainage District Canal #S, and the South line of
Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, run Hest along said South line 400
feet; thence run North, parallel with the Mesterly right-of-way of said Canal #~S,
a distance of 450 feet, thence East parallel with the South line of Section, a
distance of 400 feet to the Nest right-of-way line of said Canal #S; thence run
South, along said Canal right-of-way line to point of beginning. Containing 74.94
acres, sore or less. AND
The Mest '~ of the Northwest ~ of the Northwest h of Section 26, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, less rights of way for public roads and drainage canals. Containing
18.03 acres, Hare or less. '
All above lands lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida and containing a total
of 92.97 acres, sore or less.
