LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The South '~ of the Southwest ~ of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 39 East,
less the East 90 feet and less the West 48 feet thereof, and less the following
described parcel of land: Beginning at the intersection of the West right-of-
way line of Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District Canal ~5, and the South line of
Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, run West along said South line 400
feet; thence run North, parallel with the Westerly right-of-way of said Canal *5,
a distance of 450 feet, thence East parallel with the South line of Section, a
distance of 400 feet to the West right-of-way line of said Canal ~5; thence run
South, along said Canal right-of-way line to point of beginning. Containing 74.94
acres, more or less. AND
The West '~ of the Northwest ; of the Northwest ~ of Section 26, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, less rights of way for public roads and drainage canals. Containing
18.03 acres, more or less. -
All above lands lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida and containing a total
of 92.97 acres, more or less.
