as shown on the Plat of Beau Rivage Heights, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 33, St.
Lucie County, Florida, lying South of Lot 6 as shown on said Plat and bounded as
follows: On the North by the South line of Lot 6; on the East by the Southerly
extension of the East line of Lot 6; on the South by the North line of Beau Rivage
No. 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 33, St. Lucie
County, Florida, Public Records, and on the West by the Southerly extension of the
West line of said Lot 6.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements, rights-of-way and limitations of
record, zoning and/or prohibitions imposed by governmental authority, and taxes
subsequent to December 31, 1979.
