unto JAMES R. DUBBERLY and MINNIE R. DUBBERLY, his wife, the interest that
they-Assigned in that certain Assignment of Real Estate Contract, dated
September 28, 1977 and filed of record October 21, 1977 in Official Records
Book 276, page 129; and assigned to FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF JACKSONVILLE
by Assignment of Mortgage, dated September 28, 1977 and filed of record
December 4, 1979 in Official Records Book 321, page 1274 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
