LOUISE S. HUSTON ~ P.
I, LOUISE S. HUSTON, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time made, and intending
hereby to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real or
personal, of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I
may be entitled at the time of my death, wherever the same may be
situated, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter named,
to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as is practicable.
SECOND: If I have prepared a written, signed, statement prior to
my death disposing of my tangible personal property, I intend that
the written statement, as it may read at the time of my death, be
a legally binding disposition of the tangible personal property
described in such written statement. In the event my Personal
Representative is unable to locate such written, signed statement
within thirty (30) days after the probate of my Will, it shall be
conclusively presumed that such written, signed statement does not
exist, irrespective of whether such written, signed statement is
later found.
THIRD: Subject to the above., I give, devise and bequeath any
mobile home owned by me, together with the contents therein, including
clothing, jewelry, personal belongings, furniture and furnishings,
to CHARLES GRUNDON, 30 Titus Road, Rochdale, Poughkeepsie, New
York, 12603. In the event CHARLES GRUNDON fails to survive me,
I give and devise same to his wife, SUE, and their children who
survive me.
