HUSTON, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real or personal, of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit: FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter named, to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is practicable. SECOND: If I have prepared a written, signed, statement prior to my death disposing of my tangible personal property, I intend that the written statement, as it may read at the time of my death, be a legally binding disposition of the tangible personal property described in such written statement. In the event my Personal Representative is unable to locate such written, signed statement within thirty (30) days after the probate of my Will, it shall be conclusively presumed that such written, signed statement does not exist, irrespective of whether such written, signed statement is later found. THIRD: Subject to the above., I give, devise and bequeath any mobile home owned by me, together with the contents therein, including clothing, jewelry, personal belongings, furniture and furnishings, to CHARLES GRUNDON, 30 Titus Road, Rochdale, Poughkeepsie, New York, 12603.
