FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
I leave to STEVEN GRUNDON, 195 Vasar Rd.,Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
and MARGARET SEHR, 410 Route 304, Bardonia, New York, in equal
shares, share and share alike. In the event STEVEN GRUNDON fails
to survive me, I leave his share to his wife, CHERYL, and their
children who survive me. In the event MARGARET SEHR fails to
survive me, I leave her share to her husband, GEORGE SEHR, and
any of their children who survive me.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint BEN L. BRYAN, JR.
as Personal Representative of this, my Last Will and Testament,
and I expressly confer upon him power as such Personal Representative
to administer my estate, excusing him from giving any bond or making
any returns to any court. I expressly confer upon him full authority
and power to sell and convey any part or all of my estate, at public
or private sale, with or without notice, as he may deem best, and
without order of court. I authorize him to make good and sufficient
conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale
for such use as he may deem best for the interest of my estate.
I further hereby expressly confer upon him, as Personal Representative
herein, the authority and power to borrow money for the use of my said
estate in any instance where he may think it necessary and proper,
and to secure the same by mortgage, trust deed or other form of
security to or upon any part of my estate; this he may do without
the order of any court.
