The Petitioner, ESTER TYLER, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
surviving spouse. Petitioner's name and address are ESTER TYLER
805 N 20th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida and the name and address
of petition's attorney are as set forth at the end of this petit
2. Decedent, IVORY TYLER, whose last known address was 805
th 20th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and, if known, whose age
87 and whose social security number is 264-03-0005 died on Septem-
6, 1980 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death dece-
dent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and
ages of any who are minors are:
