The Petitioner, MARTHA LOUISE McCANN, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as one of
the heirs at law of the decedent, CHARLES E. FARGO. Petitioner's name
and address are MARTHA LOUISE McCANN, 2258 South Daytona Avenue,
Flagler Beach, Florida (32036), and the name and address of petitioner's
attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, CHARLES E. FARGO,-whose last known address was .
120 Banyan Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL (33452), and whose age was ?8 years,
and whose social security number is 345-18-5361 died on September 16, 1980
at Lawnwood Medical Center, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, are:

estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen-
tative because she is one of the heirs at law~of the decedent.
