6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are real and personal property in excess of $10,000.00. (See Sched. A)
?. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated August 31,
1979 accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that MARTHA~LOUISE McCANN be appointed personal representative
of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing, and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief .
