I name, nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
MARTHA LOUISE McCANN as Personal Representative of this my
Last Will and Testament, and direct that she shall serve
without giving bond, hereby giving and granting unto my said
Personal Representative full power and authority to sell and
dispose of any property of which I may die possessed, whether i
