AFFIDAVIT

RE: Lot 39, Block 30, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWENTY-FIVE,
ACCORDING TO THE Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 13, Pages 32 and 32A through 32I, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, an officer duly authorized in the state and county last aforesaid
to take acknowledgements, personally appeared RICHARD McCUTCHEON AND ANTOINETTE
ALICE McCUTCHEON, His wife, who, first being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That they were the Grantees in that certain Warranty Deed recorded
in Official Records Book 231, Page 1140, in which they acquired title
to the above described land, from CHARLES B. MCADAMS, JR.. They also
state that CHARLES B. MCADAMS, Jr., homestead was not the property
conveyed in the said deed, and that the land was in fact vacant and unimproved
property.
Further the affiant sayeth naught.
