MAY V. NORMAN, Wife
O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Wife's motion for
temporary relief as to the residence and counsel for the respec-
tive parties having stipulated that the Wife shall have the right
to the exclusive use and possession of the master bedroom and other
housing facilities in the marital home without interference on the
part of the Husband, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife, May V. Norman, shall have the exclusive use
and possession of the master bedroom in the marital dwelling located
at 1211 South 11th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida and the use of the
living and cooking facilities in said dwelling, without any inter-
ference or interruption on the part of the Husband, Randolph S.
Norman.
2. The Husband, Randolph S. Norman, shall have the right
to reside in the marital dwelling in one of the other bedrooms, but
shall not interfere with, harass or molest the Wife, May V. Norman,
in any manner, or use physical violence upon her.
3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from harassing, annoying, molesting or interfering with or using
physical violence upon the other.
4. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to either party as may be
