MORTGAGE MODIFICATION
RE: The West, 51 .25 feet of Lot 2, and the West 51.25 (~Q
feet of the North 35 feet of Lot 3, B lock 5, MAP
OF DITTMARS ADD. TO EDGARTCWN, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 1, at page 161, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Lots
also being shown on ASSESSOR'S MAP OF NORTH FORT
PIERCE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
1, at pzge 164, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Flo rida.
This Mortgage Modification entered into by and between
:MYRTLE C. HICKS, a single adult, hereafter called Mortgagee; CLYDE G.
PICKARD and BERNADINE PICKARD,-his wife, hereafter called Mortgagors;
and HAROLD WACKLER and DIANA WACKLER, his wife, hereafter called Assump-
tionors,
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other good and valuable considerations, the parties agree as follows:
WHEREAS, Mortgagors above did convey to Mortgagee a certain
mortgage dated July 21, 1971, securing original indebtedness of $13,300.00
encumbering the above-described real property; and
WHEREAS, said Mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book 194, at pages
2047 through 2050, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to modify said mortgage in-
creasing interest and, in consideration of such interest increase, the
"4ortgagee does hereby execute written consent to the assumption of said
Mortgage by HAROLD WACKLER and DIANA WACKLER, his wife.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
1. That the present principal balance of said mortgage
is $6,575.11, which shall bear .interest at ten percent (10$) per annum
and shall be paid by monthly installments of $ 127_(M , principal and
interest, and the above-referenced note and mortgage are hereby modified
to reflect increase in mortgage interest from six and one-half percent
(6-1/2$) to ten percent (10$). The first monthly payment shall commence
on November 21, 1980, and on the 21st day of each succeeding month there-
after until paid in full.
2. That this consent to assume shall be, singularly, in favor
of HAROLD WACKLER and DIANA WACKLER, his wife, and no further assumption
by any subsequent purchaser is authorized or permitted.
3. That, other than the foregoing, the terms of the mortgage
