We, the undersigned, David Berke, Sonia Berke, his wife, of Hartford,
Connecticut; Roy C. McKay, Carol C. McKay, his wife, of Hartford,
Connecticut; Robert Knight, Sara Knight, his wife, of Hartford,
Connecticut, do individually and collectively appoint Ronald T. h'ebber
of Wilton, Connecticut, our attorney-in-fact, and empower him to do
all things, with respect to the purchase of a certain condominium
parcel located in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.
The same being: condominium parcel number 7155 of Catacraran II, a
condominium according to the declaration of condominiums thereof
as recorded in official records book 334, page 241 and ammendments
thereto, of the public records of St. Lucie, Florida.
That we could and did do as if we were present.
Specifically, we do grant to the said Ronald T. Webber, our attorney-
in-fact, the power to execute, sign, agree to in writing for himself,
and for us, any instrument(s) of purchase including acceptance as to
condominium documents and obligations of a condominium owner, according
to declaration of condominium, pertaining to or required to consummate
and complete the purchase and encumbrance of the above referenced
property.
In appointing the said Ronald T. Webber our attorney-in-fact and granting
him the power stated in this document, we understand that our attorney-
in-fact will act for us at the scheduled closing of the sale of above
referenced property scheduled to be held during the week of November 24, 1980.
The power g,~nted by this instrument expires December 15, 1930.
