PARTIAL RELEASF. OF MO1tTGAGE LIEN
WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LI!11ITI:D, INC., a Delaware
corporation authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
etilled "Mortgagor," by the following described documents gr:intc'd and conveyed
unto THL' FIRST NATIONAL RANK Ol• CIIICA(~O, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "Dortgagee" And its assigns, the premisec and property therein
particularly described to secure the payment ~ .` the sum of ~r.oney i-c~reinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
Mortgage given by 1IUTCIIINSON ISi.ANh LIMI'fl:D, iNC., as
1ortgagor, in favor of TILE FIRST NA'I'IONAI. RANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Record Book 332, at Page 1703, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amo+mt of Twelve
Qlillion Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (;12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Rook 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1?35, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in Official Record
Book 332, at Page 1721, all of said documents filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, aUCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said Aortgage has requested the said Aortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of said
Mortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said Mortgage
and other liens;
VOW, THEREFORE, IiNOW YE, that the .said !~9orteagee, in
consideration of the pre+r,ises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said me^;gagor
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge prom the lien and
operation of said Mortgage and other liens referred to above unto tine said
Vortgagor, its successors and assigns that certain portion of the premises ~~onveyed

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said Aortgage and every part the:•eof; provided
always, nevertheless that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage and other liens
referred to above on the remaining property of said mortgaged premises, not
hereby releasers therefrom, or anV of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
