COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of
the 19th Judicial Circ uit of Florida, and shows unto the Court
that the Respondent is now residing outside the jurisdiction of
St. Lucie County, and is residing at 8694 117th Way, North,
Seminole, Florida 33542 in Pinellas County, Florida. Therefore,
it is respectfully moved that the Clerk of Circuit Court, St..
Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to transfer the entire
original file on this matter to the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
Pinellas County, Clearwa r, Florida.

THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion of
LYNN PARK, Assistant State Attorney for the 19th Judicial Circuit
of Florida, and the Court being fully advised, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Honorable Roger Poitras,
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie
County, Florida, be and he is hereby instructed to transfer the
entire original file in the above styled cause to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida.
