ORDER
This cause came on for hearing on the Motion of WALTER M.
MEGINNISS, Attorney at Law of the firm of CRARY, BUCHANAN & MEGINNISS,
CHARTERED, to withdraw as counsel for all Defendants in the above-
styled cause. Defendants, MYLEE HOMES, INC., ELLEN GUTERL and JEAN
GUTERL, did not appear at the hearing. The Court having considered
the Motion to Withdraw, having heard argument of counsel, including
counsel for the Plaintiffs, having considered the record in this
cause and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. The Motion to Withdraw be and the same is hereby
granted. ALTER M. MEGINNISS and the firm of CRARY, BUCHANAN &
MEGINNISS, CHARTERED, is relieved of all responsibilities in this
cause as of December 1, 1980.
2. Pending the engagement of other counsel, all notices
for any matters in this cause shall be sent to the Defendants in
this cause, MYLEE HOMES, INC., ELLEN GUTERL and JEAN GUTERL,
directly by counsel for Plaintiffs.
3. An official conference for the accounting aspects of
this cause has been set for December 17, 1980, at 9:00 o'clock a.m.
with CHARLES R. MCKINNON, the Court appointed master, at the office
of ROGER N. MESSER, Esquire, Sun Bank Building, 700 Virginia Avenue,
Suite 104, Fort Pierce, Florida, and ELLEN GUTERL and JEAN GUTERL
are directed to appear.
