ORDER
This cause came on for hearing on the Motion of WALTER M.
MEGINNISS, Attorney at Law of the firm of CRARY, BUCHANAN & MEGINNISS,
CHARTERED, to withdraw as counsel for the Plaintiff, JEAN D. GUTERL,
in the above-styled cause. Plaintiff, JEAN D. GUTERL, did not
appear at the hearing. The Court having considered the Motion to
Withdraw, having heard argument of counsel, including counsel for
the Defendants, having considered the record in this cause and being
fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. The Motion to Withdraw be and the same is hereby
granted. WALTER M. MEGINNISS and the firm of CRARY, BUCHANAN &
MEGINNISS, CHARTERED, is relieved of all responsibilities in this
cause as of December 1, 1980.
2. Pending the engagement of other counsel, all notices
for any matters in this cause shall be sent to the Plaintiff in
this cause, JEAN D. GUTERL, directly by counsel for Defendants.
3. The pre-trial conference of this cause has been set
for December 22, 1980,
