O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on November 24, 1980
on Defendants' motion for summary judgment, and the Court having
considered the pleadings and deposition finds and determines that
the Defendants have failed to meet their heavy burden of showing
that there are no material disputed issues of fact entitling
them to a summary judgment in their favor.
It is thereupon
ORDERED that Defendants' motion for summary judgment
is denied.
